What is on-site DTF printing?

On-site DTF printing means a direct-to-film press station is brought to your location and used to decorate garments live, rather than printing them at a shop and shipping them. DTF puts a full-color image on a special film, cures it with adhesive powder into a transfer, then heat-presses that transfer onto fabric. When that whole press step happens at your event, it's on-site DTF.

How is it different from ordering merch ahead of time?

Ordering merch means committing to sizes, designs, and quantities weeks out and hoping the counts are right. On-site DTF flips that: transfers are built ahead, but the actual garment gets made when the guest is standing there. No leftover boxes of the wrong size, and every guest gets to pick.

What can be printed on site?

Shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, and totes are the staples. Caps take patches or embroidery, and a UV DTF cart adds tumblers and hard goods. If it's a flat fabric surface, a DTF transfer will usually bond to it.

Do you need special power or space?

A single rig needs about a 10x10 area and one standard 20-amp circuit. For venues without floor power, we bring battery or inverter carts. That portability is the whole point of a mobile rig.
