On-Site DTF Printingby Merch Troop

MOBILE UNIT what rolls off the truck

On-site DTF printing, plus the whole live-decoration menu.

The DTF rig is the headliner, but the same crew can bring patch application, hat bars, embroidery, UV DTF stickers, and laser engraving so one booth covers every giveaway you want to hand out.

Cured DTF transfer sheets ready to press at a mobile station

Direct-to-film printing puts a full-color image on a coated film, cures it with adhesive powder, and heat-presses it onto fabric. We packaged that whole workflow into a rolling station: pre-printed transfer inventory, a calibrated pneumatic or clamshell press, a cooling rack, and an operator who lines every piece up by hand.

Because the transfers are built ahead of time, the on-site step is fast — align, press for roughly 15 seconds, peel, and hand it over. Guests get a photo-quality print that survives the wash, and you skip the weeks-out merch order entirely. Bring us the art and the garment count; we handle film, powder, curing, and calibration.

Patch application

Sponsor patches, event badges, and chenille letters pressed or sewn onto caps, jackets, and bags right at the table for a premium finish.

Branded apparel and headwear printed on demand at a corporate event

Hat bar

A cap wall plus live personalization — guests pick a Richardson 112 or Flexfit blank and we press or embroider it to order.

UV DTF customization station applying graphics to hard goods

UV DTF hard goods

Peel-and-press UV DTF graphics for tumblers, bottles, and rigid swag when guests want more than a shirt.

Live decoration station handling embroidery and sticker application

Embroidery

Portable embroidery for hats and left-chest logos when a stitched look fits the brand better than a print.

Screen printing

For high-volume, single-design runs where a manual press is the most efficient way to move hundreds of identical shirts.

One crew, one invoice

Everything shows up together.

You do not stitch together a rental press, a separate staffing agency, and a merch vendor. Merch Troop brings the equipment, the operators, the transfers, and the blanks as a single booked crew — and packs it all out clean when the line closes.
