Footprint: a 10x10 is plenty
A single on-site DTF station fits comfortably in a standard 10x10 booth or an equivalent open patch. That covers the press, a garment table, the cooling rack, and room for the operator to work without the line spilling into an aisle. Running two or three presses roughly doubles or triples the footprint — plan the space to the number of stations, not just the crowd.
Power: one circuit per press
Each heat press wants a standard 20-amp circuit. One station on a dedicated outlet is happy; problems only start when several high-draw stations share one breaker. Tell us the venue's power situation and we'll spread the load or bring our own so nothing trips mid-line.
No floor power? No problem
Outdoor activations, mall pop-ups, and paddocks often have no accessible power. That's what our battery and inverter carts are for — they run a press cleanly without a generator's noise. If you do have a generator on site, we'll spec the draw so it's sized correctly.
Load-in and access
The real logistics question is usually the path, not the room: dock access, elevator size, and how far the cases travel from the truck. Convention centers add union and electrical-order rules on top. Share the venue's exhibitor or event kit early and we handle the rest so setup stays on schedule.
