Why it works at corporate events
A conference tote of forgettable swag ends up in a hotel trash can. A shirt a guest watched get printed with the event logo goes home and gets worn. On-site DTF turns your giveaway into an activation: attendees queue, pick a size, and leave wearing your brand. It photographs well for the recap deck and gives sponsors a tangible touchpoint.
What we bring
We size the rig to your headcount — one press for a 200-person offsite, two or three for a multi-thousand-attendee conference gate. Blanks are typically Bella+Canvas 3001 for a premium feel or Gildan for budget volume, sourced by us or supplied by you. Art is usually your event or sponsor logo, pre-built into transfers before we arrive.
Planning notes
Give us a 10x10 spot near a natural traffic point (registration works best), a standard circuit per press, and your final headcount about a week out. For all-day shows we staff enough operators to cover breaks so the line never closes.
